Shipping to USA
Get free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States when you spend $150 or more (excluding non-contiguous U.S. and APO/FPO addresses) after any promo codes, discounts, or coupons are applied. Inventory availability may affect delivery time. For non-contiguous U.S. and APO/FPO addresses, we offer UPS and USPS. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii and expedited orders will be charged at the prevailing rate.
Only the product subtotal (of qualified products) may be applied to the order calculation. Taxes and regular shipping rates cannot be used to calculate the $150.00 subtotal.
How to redeem:
- Add qualifying items totaling $150.00 or more to your cart.
- Select the Free Shipping option during checkout.
- Estimated delivery time for free standard U.S. shipping is up to 7 business days.
Shipping to Canada
All shipments to Canada will be sent via UPS. The shipping fee is based on total weight and size, in addition to your choice of shipping method and delivery address. This will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Calculation
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rate for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping Time
When you place an order, we will estimate the delivery dates for you. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. However, please allow 1-7 days for custom embroidery order processing.
In otherwords:
Allow 1-7 days for custom embroidery order processing, and
Allow 2-5 days for transit time based on delivery zip code and shipping choice.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please choose USPS should you need to have your items delivered to a P.O. Box.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned. Please see our Return Policy & Guarantee page for more information.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or we have made a mistake in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pitchastich.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
