Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and glass products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please allow 2-10 additional days (depending on the complexity of your design for our embroidery team to create your masterpiece.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Pitch A Stitch+ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.  Please choose USPS should you need to have your items delivered to a P.O. Box.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned.  Please see our Return Policy & Guarantee page for more information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or we have made a mistake in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pitchastich.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
