Every item is customized by hand in our studio. To ensure your design looks its best, our experts may make minor adjustments to font size, thread color, or placement during the embroidery process.

Allow 1-7 days for custom embroidery order processing.

Upload Your Image can take up to 10 days depending on the complexity of the design.

Allow 2-5 days for transit time based on delivery zip code and shipping choice.

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt is required.
